One response to “Tudor Arms Hotel”
Tudor Hall was once a school, established in 1810 and closing in 1922. It provided sons of farmers and tradespeople with education, drawing pupils from a wide area. It gained a reputation for its personal and family atmosphere and had boarders and day pupils.
It has changed its name over the years to Tudor Hall Hotel, Academy, Court or Arms. When the school ceased in 1922 it became a select hotel and bar. This in turn closed before the millennium to seek change of use to private residences.
