Sitting at the centre of some beautiful countryside in England, and surrounded by historic towns, gardens, houses and castles, one hour from the channel tunnel, Hawkhurst is an ideal location for visitors to the area.

However, until now it has been an amazingly well kept secret with only a few accommodation establishments formally registered.

Our accommodation workshops were run locally with Tourism South East and Quality in Tourism. They were geared to helping people running hotels, bed and breakfast or self-catering establishments to become registered, while introducing new providers to existing ones, allowing them to share experiences.

Hawkhurst offers huge opportunities for visitor accommodation, provided they are a serious venture and not just an occasional hobby.

Registration with the AA or the regional Tourist Board (Quality in Tourism) allows your premises to be included on all publicly funded sites, such as the Local Authority, Hidden Britain, Visit Britain and this one. NO registration NO entry.

If you would like to know more about the opportunities available please get in touch.
