DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the community vibes and energy at this brilliant running event in the heart of Kent.\n\nEvent Overview:\nThis event offers two distances and a children's race around the Moor, making it perfect for the whole family and all your friends. Come for the fun and friendly atmosphere, the wonderful running community you'll meet there and the beautiful course that will delight at every twist and turn. We hope that you will join us in cheering our next generation of runners in the Children's 1k. \nThe event is looking to raise funds for projects benefitting Hawkhurst village.\n\nCourse Overview:\nThe course is an undulating and picturesque route around the fields, trails and roads surrounding Hawkhurst. There will be sections through orchards and footpaths as well as sections on road. Depending on conditions, road shoes should be fine for the event.\nThe 10k runners will complete two large laps and 5k runners will complete one single lap. \nThe Junior race is free to enter and includes 1 – 2 laps of the Moor, depending on what's comfortable for your junior racer!\n\nAvailable Races/Distances:\n10K / 5K / Junior Race (1 – 2 laps of the Moor, free to enter on the day)\n\nPrizes:\nBespoke medal for all finishers.\n1st, 2nd, 3rd Males & Females, Vet Categories 40-75 Males, 35-70 Females (10k distance)\nPrizes for 1st Male & Female (5k distance)
